Taking the First Step
Child therapy is a gentle, playful, and supportive process designed to help children understand their emotions, express themselves in healthy ways, and build tools to handle life’s challenges.

In our first session, I’ll meet with you (the parent or caregiver) to learn about your child’s needs, strengths, and struggles. Then, I’ll begin building a trusting, safe connection with your child through age-appropriate activities like play, art, and conversation.
Throughout therapy, we’ll work together to:

Improve family communication
You’ll be included along the way, because healing happens best when we work as a team. My goal is to help your child feel seen, supported, and confident as they grow.
